Canada welcomes, every year, more than 35 million visitors. They can be tourists, students or temporary workers. All visitors must have a valid passport and, depending on where you are from, how long you plan to stay, and the reason for your visit, you may be required to obtain a Visa prior to enter Canada.
Students coming to study for a period longer than six months will be required to obtain a Study Permit prior to arrival. Students failing to present one upon arrival into Canada will be denied entry.
